BILINGUAL LENTEN MASSES
Please join us every Friday during the Season of Lent for our bilingual Masses at 5:30 p.m. in the main church, followed by Billingual Stations of the Cross in, and the Lenten Soup Suppers in the School Auditorium afterwards.
LENTEN SOUP SUPPERS & CINEMA
Starting with this Friday and every Friday during Lent, parishioners are invited to share a simple meal of soup and bread as a reminder of our common journey through Lent. A new feature this year is “Movie Night” as part of our Lenten fellowship. Family friendly movies will be played on Fridays throughout Lent as part of the Lenten Soup Suppers. During this season, we are called not only individually, but also as a parish community to conversion. Through this Lenten practice, we try to be like Jesus, who fasted; who shared meals with friends and gave alms; who prayed and taught us how to pray. Every week, a team of parishioners will prepare and serve the soup. The soup will be served typically at 6:30 p.m. in the School Auditorium. Donations are welcome to help cover the costs of ingredients and supplies. All proceeds benefit the St. Vincent de Paul Ministry. Volunteers are needed to help prepare and welcome our guests.
